about my photography
As far back as I can remember, there was a darkroom in our house. It is not surprising that I share my father’s interest. He gave me a Brownie Reflex when I was about 11 years old, and taught me monochrome darkroom skills from developing negatives to making prints. He was my photographic inspiration and, to some extent, he still is. I achieved the LRPS distinction with monochrome images in 1983. I am a member of Maidenhead Camera Club, and Centre Coordinator for the RPS Digital Imaging Group’s Thames Valley Centre that meets about eight times per year in Bracknell, Berkshire.
